Clean rooms, cozy beds, and good bathrooms. Taxis readily available at the entrance and conveniently close to the trade fair and airport. Nice main floor amenities and friendly staff. Spacious and comfortable beds, inclusive breakfast, and a well-equipped bathroom. Affordable parking garage underneath.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering all our questions sincerely. The hotel is in a peaceful and quiet area, and though the metro station is a little far, we were able to reach the city center quickly by bus. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a comfortable air-conditioning and a parking garage available for a reasonable price. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the hotel's spacious and clean rooms. The complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport was a major convenience, making my travel arrangements hassle-free. Another advantage was the hotel's central location, with access to nearby attractions and amenities.
There were a few drawbacks to note. The beds were uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

One specific situation that happened to me was that I had a late flight and requested a late checkout. The hotel was very accommodating and allowed me to stay in my room until late afternoon without any additional charges. This was helpful as I didn't have to worry about my luggage or finding a place to rest before my flight. I had a comfortable stay at Silken Puerta Madrid and would recommend it to others.

We loved the location of this place, which is conveniently close to the airport and in a commercial district surrounded by offices. The room amenities were great, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. There were also soundproofed rooms, which made for a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was delicious and there was a variety of options to choose from.
We would recommend this hotel more for families, as the staff should wait on customers in a more friendly manner.

The hotel room was very nice with a brilliant shower. The rooftop pool, although small, was enjoyable. The location was convenient, near the metro and a good-sized shopping centre. The free ice was a great idea. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was large and clean, with a comfortable bed and extra pillows. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious food. The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped with two sinks, a stand-alone shower, a bathtub, and a magnified mirror. The hotel also had a gym and covered parking.
Felt relaxed, no reason to complain.
